Ingredients
  

  • 65 g huevo (1 unidad M)
  • 1 cda leche vegetal (se puede sustituir por agua)
  • 2 cdas almendra molida (puedes añadir otra si ves que la masa te queda muy líquida)
  • 1 cucharadita aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • 1 pizca sal marina
  • especias (opcional)

Instructions
 

  • En una taza o tazón apto para el microondas, bate el huevo, añade la leche, el aceite de oliva y la sal, si añades otras especias, también.
  • Después añade la almendra molida y mezcla bien.
  • Cocina en el microondas durante 1 minuto y medio a 800 W de potencia.
  • Deja enfriar, saca el bizcocho de la taza y córtalo en lonchas.
  • Tuesta las lonchas ligeramente en una tostadora o en una plancha y rellena con tus ingredientes favoritos.

Notes

  • Con estas cantidades tienes una ración, lo mejor es repetir la receta tantas veces como raciones necesites.
  • Si quieres hacer dos raciones de una sola vez, dobla los ingredientes, pero ten en cuenta que el tiempo de cocción será mayor.
  • Deja que se enfríe un poco antes de cortarlo, así será , más fácil.
  • Tuesta las lonchas en una tostadora o sobre una plancha, pero con cuidado que puede quemarse.
  • Usa este "pan" para hacer deliciosos sandwiches o para preparar tostadas con tus ingredientes favoritos.
  • El sabor es muy suave y combina con todo.
